Error: You are not listed in the Vendors list associated with this tender. Please select another tender... !!

Why you are getting this error?

You are getting this error because you are trying to pay the Tender Document Cost (TDC) amount to participate in a tender which is not a Open Tender (Advertise Tender). For tenders other than open tender (Limited, PAC, Bulletin etc.) you can only see the tender document but cannot submit the TDC or bid. In searches you will not get the icons for Submit Payment, Bid Process for these type of tenders (Limited, PAC, Bulletin etc.).

How to participate in Limited, Bulletin, PAC etc. tenders?

You can participate in Limited, PAC, Bulletin etc. type tenders only if you are invited by the tender inviting authority for these type of tenders. Only those vendors can participate in these type of tenders which were invited/associated with the tender at the time of tender publishing. You can contact to tender inviting authorities and request them to include you in Limited, PAC, Bulletin etc. tenders published by their department.

What are Open Tenders (Advertise Tenders)?

Open Tenders or Advertise Tenders are those tenders which are open to all for participating in bidding. Any registered vendor can submit his/her bid for open tenders after paying the TDC amount.

What are Limited, Bulletin, PAC etc. tenders?

Limited, PAC, Bulletin etc. are those type of tenders in which only vendors invited/associated by the tender inviting authority can participate in bidding. TDC amount becomes zero for these type of tenders. Anyone can see the tender document for these type of tenders but only vendors invited/associated by the tender inviting authority can participate in bidding.
