What are the prerequisites for registering with IREPS website

Vendors need to have valid Class III Digital Signature Certificate with company name issued by licensed Certifying Agencies details of which are available on the website www.cca.gov.in under link Licensed CAs. Digital Signature Certificates are normally issued with a validity of one/two years. One Digital Signature Certificate is valid for a specified period and can be used for signing any number of tenders issued by Railways during its validity period.

After obtaining Digital Signature Certificate, vendors have to register with the IREPS application. Without User ID/Password and valid Digital Signature Certificate, the vendor cannot participate in E-tenders.
