Yes, you can submit multiple offers for the same tender.
There is no restriction on the number of offers being submitted by you. You can submit the multiple offers by using the option 'Alternate Offer'. All complete Alternate Offers submitted successfully will be considered for ranking along with your original offer and will appear in Financial Tabulation of the tender.
