How to submit revised offer for Global Tenders on IREPS portal www.ireps.gov.in
Vendors are not permitted to edit/change their financial bids for an item once it is signed and submitted to the system using their Digital Signature Certificate, as the Financial Bid details are stored in an encrypted form in the server. However, vendors are given the option of Revised Bid using which the previous bid can be revised.
If you have already submitted the financial bids then on clicking ‘Financial offer’ tab you will find the following page:
If you want to revise the submitted bids for one or more items then click on the 'Revise Offer' link against that item. Here, the functionality will remain same as in the case of the original bid. You can submit more that one revised bid for an item but after revision of the bids, last submitted revised bid for an item will be considered for ranking and all other bids for that item will be treated as superseded bids and appear in ‘Superseded Bids’ section in the financial tabulation. Revise offer will be submitted in the same currency in which original offer was submitted. Alternate offers also can be revised.
