M&P Tenders i.e. Machinery and Plants Tenders are those tenders in which railway zone procure the machines and plants. These tenders are large-value tenders. A machine is a combination of Basic Machine and its Concomitant Accessories, Essential Spares, Essential Services, Optional Accessories, Optional Spares, Optional Services and AMC.

  Complete Offer for an M&P Tender


Completeness of your submitted financial offers depends totally on the evaluation criteria of the tender. Your submitted offer for the machine(s) will be considered as a complete offer if you have submitted your financial bids as per criteria are given below. 
  • Machine Wise/ Consignee Wise: Your offer will be a complete offer if you have submitted the complete offer for a consignee of a particular machine. You are interested in submitting the financial offers only for selected consignees (machines) then you need to submit only for those. 
  • Machine Wise: Your offer will be a complete offer if you have submitted the complete offers for all the consignees for a particular machine.
  • Total Value Wise: Your offer will be considered for ranking if you have submitted the complete offers for all the machines for all the consignees.
If you have not submitted the complete offers for any consignee of any machine or quoted quantity is less than the tenders quantity for Basic Machine or any  Concomitant Accessories/Essential Spares/Essential Services/AMC then your offer for that consignee will not be considered for ranking and appear in Miscellaneous Bids section of Financial Tabulation.


  Complete Offer for a Machine


A Machine is a combination of Basic Machine, Concomitant Accessories, Essential Spares, Optional Spares, Essential Services, Optional Services, Optional Accessories and AMC. An offer submitted for a consignee fo a particular machine will be considered as a complete offer if you have submitted the bids for all the Concomitant Accessories, Essential Spares, Essential Services, AMC along with Basic Machine. This complete offer will be valid if the tendered quantity is greater than offered quantity for all Accessories, Spares, Services, AMC including Basic Machine.
