What is the Refund Procedure for the payments made on IREPS

Currently Online refund process is not enabled. In case of online transactions made on IREPS for TDC, EMD for tenders & EMD for E-Auction, Firm can seek refund from tender calling authority or auction conducting authority. For refund of Online Bidder registration Fee, bidders should contact to Dy.CMM/S&P/Northern Railway. For refund of manual Bidder registration Fee, bidders should contact to respective depot from where registration of firm was done.
