You can participate in Limited, PAC, Bulletin etc. type tenders only if you are invited by the tender inviting authority for these type of tenders. Only those vendors can participate in these type of tenders which were invited/associated with the tender at the time of tender publishing. You can contact to tender inviting authorities and show your eligibility to include you in Limited, PAC, Bulletin etc. tenders published by their department.

What are Limited, Bulletin, PAC etc. tenders?

Limited, PAC, Bulletin etc. are those type of tenders in which only vendors invited/associated by the tender inviting authority can participate in bidding. TDC amount becomes zero for these type of tenders. Anyone can see the tender document for these type of tenders but only vendors invited/associated by the tender inviting authority can participate in bidding.
