Notice on IREPS portal for Vendors/Bidders of Supply Tenders!!

It is brought to the notice of all bidders that manual/ offline mode of payment through Demand Draft, Banker's cheque, Deposit receipts, Guarantee Bonds etc. are not available to Indian firms against supply tenders published on or after 01.09.2016. These bidders will have to make payment towards tender document cost and earnest money against such tenders through online payment modes like net banking, debit/ credit cards etc. available on IREPS portal. Manual/ offline payment mode shall however continue to be available to foreign firms, and also for all tenders published before 01.09.2016. Manual/ offline payment mode shall continue to be available for tenders of MRVC till further notice.
